We stayed for two weeks at the Dutch Boys every year from 1983 or 1984 right up until it was demolished. I wish I had known, I would have bought up every bit of the "decor" as I could have. It was our second home! I still get sad when I walk past and see those boring condos standing where our place used to be. I still remember every detail, down to the little dip in the cement where we would always fit our little bare feet inside. In response to the last comment, there were at least 7 or 8 rooms. On the left side looking AT the Dutch Boys on the Rose Motel side, there was the biggest room in the back where we stayed. Then there were 3 or 4 other rooms. Then behind the office and the owners' living quarters (Mr. and Mrs. Emmer) there were another 3 or 4 rooms.
