right, some of us were discussing in previous posts a month or so ago.  Maybe a Johnny rockets or Sonic.  Or even just pave it for now.  anything is better than the empty lot, which has been there since fall 2005!   and right across from the Welcome to Wildwoods display.  so lame.

I gotta' agree with you lastresort! A Johnny Rockets would be a great idea, especially in that area!  The property is also big enough to make it a true drive-in design like the Sonic over near Rio Grande if possible. Like you said, anything is better than that empty lot.

i figure the only thing holding it back is that the land is worth wayyyy more than what a Johnny Rockets could bring in, and the owners are "holding out" for more grand plans.  but with some careful planning, it seems they could do both, maybe.  build the johnny rockets or whatever in a manner that the larger structure could be built around it, with the johnny rockets being a lobby restaurant.

You could probably fit 6 or 7 Johnny Rocket's in that lot.  Wink
