In case anyone didn't notice Frank's images are thumbnails that you can click to go to full size on Photobucket. Frank, those thumbnails do not do justice to your photos. The one of the Groff's sign inside the museum for example. Great quality… Diggin' that shot out Mack's window… Glorious shot of the Crusader, Martin—so alluring!… Mark, very photojournalistic stuff from you as I'd expect, tugging at my heartstrings. Poor Nut Hut. Interesting how you cropped the Pink Champagne to make it generic… Sweeeeet night shots from you Tara, you should zoom in on the Uncle Bill's sign—love that one… Nice selection from Roberts considering the need to hold fire with those compilations in the works—looking forward to them. The framing of the Douglass and Laura's signs is an obvious sentimental favorite that somehow has never caught my eye as far as I can recall. Thanks for sharing, everybody! I let myself get derailed by the new Google+ service last night—will be back to add some pix here shortly.

What a great thread! So many coooool photos!!! Yet ANOTHER reminder that I need to do a Photography Specific trip to the Woods. Sigh.

These are my personal favorites taken of the Wildwood Sign in September 2007 before it was completed. My kite flying friends and I were having some fun. As far as I know, these are the first pics I've ever seen of someone standing on the sign as well! Go Me! Grin

I often wonder why the Olympic did not include their name in their extra bright can't miss it neon sign, they just left the dim back-lit thing above it? Either way I love that sign, it's so obnoxious it wonderful

Great pictures everyone, a very enjoyable thread. The Waikiki is my favorite sign, I love anything Polynesian especially when it has that dark "native drum music" look to it Grin

I must also say the convention center looks great at night with all that neon, and thank God its real neon tubing Grin
