Bobby Rydell is a great ambassador for the spirit of the Wildwoods....his music captured everything that Wildwood is all about.. Cool

Seems a nice guy, too.
 
He did a show here a few years back.  Granted, I was the youngest person in the audience by about fifty years, I went.  Enjoyable.  He told stories about growing up in Philly, the shore, told jokes, and indeed sang "Wildwood Days" in the finale.
 
Afterwards, we got to meet him.  We got a picture with him, and an autograph and such.  Security initially wasn't gonna let us near him but he waved them over and gave the okay.
