I remember when I was younger me, my brother and a friend of his did the walk-through and randomly as a joke when we were turning a corner my brother decided to jump around a corner and scream BOO.  At that exact moment an actor was turning that corner and walked into my brothers BOO, got scared and high-tailed it out of there.  Was the funniest thing I saw in my life at that point.  
 
With that big empty lot where the theater was (if it is still empty) I wish someone would be able to replicate a Castle Dracula (built to fire and safety code and everything).  It's a pipe dream but maybe when I win the lottery or once of us does. hah.
