The Doo Wop Preservation League is advertising for a vendor to operate the “Doo Wop Malt Shop” at the exciting new Doo Wop Experience building on Ocean Avenue across from the Convention Center and Boardwalk.

The League will leases the site with inside and outside dining including service to the Wildwood bandstand and Fox Park events for full time operating by a qualified operator from May until September or October (Contractor’s option). Lease terms are liberal for business in this great location.

Services might include coffee, bagels, breakfast and lunch fare, sandwiches, ice cream, wi-fi for customers, and other appropriate items at the lessee’s option. Excellent location for business from morning bikers, beach goers, boardwalk visitors day and night, and tourists visiting the Doo Wop Experience, Fox Park and traveling Ocean Ave.

The Doo Wop Preservation League welcomes creative ideas that contribute to and support the Doo Wop/'50s/'60s theme and enhance the experience and ambiance of the "Doo Wop Experience" complex.

Current business owners with experience in the food service business preferable but all proposals will be considered.

Doo Wop committee will meet with all interested parties. Quality operation is the primary consideration so terms are flexible.
