I hope this falls through some how, this is way too big and might lead to more massive buildings on the island. One of the nicest things about the Jersey Shore is other than AC, just about every island has relatively low buildings.
I always thought that original tower looked poorly constructed. This guy will probably try to cut corners with the new project and end up going bankrupt.

Like we need new condos when the 2007-era ones on the island are sitting, empty.
12 floors? insane. that would shake up everything and cause a new trend on the island that would be potentially a final nail in the coffin...
