Wow, this was a cool find I recently stumbled across. It looks like a pilot was filmed in 2011 of what it was like to work on Morey's Piers. Joey from the Wildwood Video Archive is in it too. This was a charming and fun watch. I was always interested in what it was like behind the scenes on the boardwalk!

What a gem! I collect a lot of TV including unsold pilots. What a joy to find one that's Wildwood themed! I'm doing to D/L and watch. My Internet is too slow to stream it.
This is another video, a cartoon about Wildwood from the 1980s. Wild Times In The Wildwood. They're not so wild, but typical college antics. They mention an "Eleanor" Motel. Was there such a place in Wildwood? Also, local girls say they're from, "Bishop Something or Other school". This is probably Bishop McHugh. And Marge's Seaside Diner"... isn't that two places merged together? But it was cool hearing at least a few actual locations in the animation.
It's hard to find this cartoon even with a search engine, so here it is.

This was a really enjoyable video. I can understand why Joey doesn't want this out there but he was just a kid. Thinking back it really makes me think about how quickly time passes realizing the Ghost Ship and Joe's Fish have been around more than 10 years already.
Good find Blue....it looks like they were going for a Jersey Shore vibe with the video. I think it was never picked up because there wasn't enough drama at the Morey's Piers to make a weekly show out of....but it was well done. It's funny that Joey was the girl crazy guy in the episode. If anyone wants to see it, you better watch it quick because Joey is not happy that it was posted and is trying to get it pulled off of YouTube.
Wow, that is a great video. I watched about half and will finish it later. Very interesting and another great perspective of the inner workings of the piers. Nice find, thanks.
Thanks for the post! I'll watch the whole thing later when I have time.
