The old recreation center building on Rio Grande and the house in the adjoining lot on Atlantic Avenue are being demolished. Diamond Beach Properties bought both lots. It will be interesting to see what ends up replacing them.

Perfect! Love to see a motel instead of another condo.. Great location too
so happy to see new motels going up and others being revamped. I think we are possibly in the early stages of a motel renaissance!
