The Ocean Holiday finally received Cafra approval yesterday. After waiting on approval for so long, construction will hopefully begin soon.
I was starting to think this was never going to happen. One thing is for certain, new/remodeled hotels are the trend we need vs demolition and more condos.
Great news! I just hope they don't disturb people vacationing at the Armada or Bristol Plaza too much while rebuilding.
Hopefully, it won't take too long to get started.
Good for them... I can't even remember how long it has just been sitting there like that. I wonder how long it'll be before work can start up again.
